KNEC Invites 2023 Examiners Under New Payment Agreement
Kenya National Examinations council has advertised examiners vacancies for Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) for teachers to participate in the 2023 marking exercise.
National marking exercise for both sets of exams is considered an important process since it endures accurate and fair evaluation of students’ performance in the final exams.
This year’s KCPE examiners will start their marking duties on October 16, 2023 as the KCSE examiners will start marking on November 1, 2023.
Invitation for the national examinations marking signifies preparations for the upcoming national exams, which are vital milestones in the Kenyan education system.
According to KNEC, teachers examiners who are interested in taking part in the marking exercise are required to access the KNEC Contracted Professionals Website provided under this link- https://examinersapp.knec.ac.ke.
Examiners are then required to log in using their existing username and password.
With those teachers who have forgotten their passwords, a password reset option is available.
Inorder to reset the password, examiners can fill in their mobile numbers in the specified format which will enable them receive a new login to the system.
Then the examiners are expected to complete their personal information and save the details.
They can also do access, download, printing, as well as read the official invitation letters and marking instructions using the provided dashboard.
The download form will provide examiners with all the important information for the marking exercise as well as details on how to accept or reject the marking offer.
