National Examinations Cheating Identified .The National Assembly Education Committee through its chairperson Julius Melly has indicated that the students sitting for the final examinations are not to blame in an event of Examination cheating.
According to Melly, the learners are always innocent as the people to be held responsible are parents who want their children to go to big schools.
Melly also added that cheating is a move that is facilitated by school principals who want to gain promotions as well as recognition.
These sentiments were made by Julius Melly during an interview with the citizen tv on Tuesday morning.
It was further realized that principals also get pressure from the community where they work to ensure they post best results or else they may be forced to be transferred from their station.
