TSC new salary structure for C4 Teachers Under Final CBA
The TSC salary structure for the last stage of the CBA has now been fully implemented by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC.)
TSC has effected salary increment for the teachers .
Chief Principal at Grade D5 is the highest-paid teacher, earning a cool Sh157,656 every month.

Teachers serving under senior Principals position under job grade D4 get Sh121,890 per month.
Those who are serving as Principals in grade D3 earn Sh104,644 per month.
Teachers serving as Deputy Principals II T-Scale 12 (D2) earn a total Sh91,041 each month.
Teachers service as Deputy Principals III T-Scale 11 (D1), earn a monthly salary of between Sh77,840 and Sh85,269.
On the other hand the Senior Masters IV, under Scale 9 (C4) teachers are paid a monthly salary of Sh52,308.
A part from the basic salary, these teachers so receive a monthly House Allowance of up to Sh28,000 plus an Annual Leave Allowance of up to Sh6,000.

They also receive a Commuter Allowance of up to Sh8,000 per month.
Most teachers now earn more money under the final phase of implementation.
